Little Gems *Banana Honey PB*


 Little Gems 

                                             




Ingredients: (may vary)


  • 2 Bananas THINLY sliced
  • 1 spoonful of honey peanut butter .
  • One box of pie crust
  • Wilton chocolate melts


*I use this recipe with a Baby Cakes pie pops maker*

Steps:

  1. Dice your bananas, as thin as you can and add into a bowl.
    1. Add a spoonful of peanut butter and mash the bananas with the peanut butter to get a creamy filling. set aside.
  2. Take the pie crust out to create mini circles. (The cutter comes with the Baby Cakes pie pops)
    1. Place circles on plate.
  3. Turn on Baby Cake pie pop maker. 
    1. Lay the crust on counter beside it, add about a nickel size of the filling in the center of the crust. Just a little.
  4. Cook them as followed in the cooker. Set on a pan.
    1. Helpful tip; have a paper towel next to you. every time you take the gems out, wipe down the top and bottom on the inside of the cooker to prevent grease drip-page and a cleaner area.
  5. Melt the chocolate melts and pour in a piping bag to drizzle on the Gems. Set in freezer to cool. Then drizzle the other side as well.
    1. OR for this one since the drizzle is my strawberry signature with Banana Honey PB ones I dip them in an angel like your shoveling snow I guess haha, that way it dips half on the top of the pastry. :)
