  • 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 Bag of Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1/2 Bag of Wilton White Chocolate Melts
  • A few drops of Caramel Flavoring
  • 3 Tbsp of Butter

Extra Supplies that generally are not in the kitchen at all times:
  • Piping bags for drizzling
  • Fondant smoother tool*optional, I use to press down the bars without making hands a mess. Wonderful tool.*

Steps:
  1. Prepare ingredients.
  2. Add marshmallows and butter into a glass cooking bowl.
    1. cook in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until marshmallows and butter are melted. Take out of microwave.
  3. Add all of the Cheerios in the bowl and nuts. Mix together until all is mixed in.
  4. Scoop on a cookie sheet pan.
    1. Take a fondant smoother to press the mixture together. Should make 2/3 of the pan. Let settle.
      1. I placed in freezer to settle quicker.
  5. When the bars have settled, cut them to your preference. I cut them into breakfast bars size for on the go. Add them on a pan. separate about 1/2 in apart. Set aside.
    1. *optional*To keep from sticking if you plan on stacking for a party on a platter, dip the bottom of the bar in powder sugar and lightly tap off.
  6. Melt 1/2 bag of melting chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds in a glass cereal bowl for about 2 minutes.
    1. add a few drops of caramel flavoring in the bowl and stir.
      1. if it stiffens, add a bit of hot water at a time until smooth again.
  7. Pour the chocolate in the piping bag. slightly cut the tip of the bag. Drizzle the bars how ever design you like.
    1. place in the freezer for 6 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
  8. Enjoy! Let me know how it works..<3
