For this yummy treat, it is very simple. What I did was the following:
- I bought Duncan Hines lemon and orange cake. I marbled them together to make fruit loop/fruity pebbles taste to the cake. I made mini cupcakes instead of the original size. Makes over 100 mini cupcakes by the way.
- I normally make homemade frosting but for this Pillsbury has their new bold colors, so I bought the pink and blue. Once the cupcakes cooled off, I did a thin layer of frosting.
- For the fruity pebbles, I bought the limited edition bold color one. Otherwise you may use whatever brand you like. I poured that in a container. I dipped the iced cupcake in the bowl at least twice to cover the cupcake. Simple as that!
